Data from the Umm el-Jimal Project's fieldwork is codified into six major types. Aside from finished publications in the library, this web archive currently presents an overview of research data in various states: from raw drawings, locus information, and imagery to partially processed data collections such as the project's GIS and 3D models. Although still under construction, when complete the archive will use a suite of open-access digital tools to provide permanent, comprehensive, and searchable access to the research data underlying the interpretations made by project staff.
