Data from fieldwork on the Umm el-Jimal project is codified into six major types. Aside from finished publications in the library, the web archive presents data gathered in various states: from raw drawings, measurements, and images to partially processed data such as the GIS and CAD digitizations. Although still under construction, when complete this archive will provide open and comprehensive access to the research data underlying conclusions drawn by project staff.
